These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Koval Prestige Clinic (“Koval Prestige”, “we”, “our”, “us”) to clients (“you”, “your”). By booking or attending an appointment, you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

To order our tests, you must be at least 18 years old. Individuals under 18 require parental consent. kovalclinic is not a replacement for traditional healthcare. If you experience any health concerns, you should always consult with a healthcare professional. By placing an order, you agree to our terms of purchase.
Nature of Our Services
Koval Prestige Clinic provides regulated healthcare services including but not limited to:
- General Practice consultations
- Dermatology & Aesthetic services
- Minor procedures
- IV therapies (where applicable)
- Diagnostic and screening procedures
Services are delivered within a regulated healthcare environment and, where applicable, under Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration.
Clinical advice, diagnosis, and treatment are provided by appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.
Clinical Services
All clinicians practising at Koval Prestige hold appropriate professional registration (e.g., GMC, NMC, HCPC) where applicable.
Services are delivered in accordance with applicable professional standards and regulatory guidance.
Certain diagnostic tests may be processed by UKAS-accredited third-party laboratories where required.
Results and Follow-Up
Where diagnostic testing is performed, results will be communicated as agreed at booking.
Patients are responsible for attending any recommended follow-up appointments.
If you experience severe or worsening symptoms, you must seek urgent medical attention via NHS 111, A&E, or 999.
Limitations of Service
No clinical outcome can be guaranteed.
Medical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating clinician and patient.
Koval Prestige Clinic is not responsible for failure to act on medical advice or failure to attend recommended follow-up.
Liability
We provide services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with UK law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or where prohibited by law.
Data Protection
Koval Prestige Clinic is a Data Controller under UK GDPR.
Personal and health information is processed lawfully under Article 6(1)(b) and Article 9(2)(h).
Data is stored securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation.
Late cancellations or non-attendance may incur a fee.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
