What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit, provided the service hasn’t begun. If canceled within 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds for cancellations made in time are processed within 7 to 14 Working days
